Anvil Attachments: Your One-Stop Shop for Custom Manufacturing

Custom manufacturing machine shop specializing in sheet metal fabrication services.

At Anvil Attachments, we are your go-to source for grapple and clamshell bucket production. But did you know that we also offer custom manufacturing services? We're here to share with you the different types of services we offer within our custom manufacturing, including bending and forming, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, drilling and CNC line boring, turning round parts, and milling.

Bending and forming is a fundamental process in sheet metal fabrication that involves shaping and forming a sheet metal piece. At Anvil, we use advanced machinery to bend and form sheet metal into various shapes and sizes according to your specifications.

Our state-of-the-art plasma cutting equipment uses a plasma torch to cut through various materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our plasma cutting services are efficient, reliable, and ideal for projects that require intricate designs and cuts with the capability to bevel edges during the cutting process.

Oxy-fuel cutting is a cutting process that involves the use of fuel gases and oxygen to melt the material and blow away the molten metal. It is ideal for thicker materials that require a higher cutting speed. Our oxy-fuel cutting services typically handle up to a 6-inch thick carbon steel standard; however, 8-inch thick carbon steel can be cut at special request.

At Anvil, our drilling and CNC line boring services produce precise and accurate holes, even in challenging materials. We have advanced equipment that can drill and bore up to 16-inch diameter holes.

Turning round parts involves spinning a workpiece while a cutting tool removes excess material. This method is ideal for creating cylindrical or spherical shapes. Our equipment and experienced team can manually turn up to 48-inch diameter round parts and up to 12-inch parts using CNC lathes.

Milling is a process that uses a rotating cutting tool to remove material from a workpiece. This method is ideal for creating complex shapes and contours. Our CNC milling tables & CNC horizontal boring tables are capable of cutting larger parts weighing up to 16,000 pounds.

At Anvil Attachments, our experienced team, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment and technology, allows us to handle any project, no matter how complex or challenging. So, if you need bending and forming, plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, drilling and CNC line boring, turning round parts, or milling, Anvil Attachments has got you covered. Contact us today to discuss your custom manufacturing requirements and learn more about how we can help you with your sheet metal fabricating solutions. Let us be your partner in success!
